These rules support safety, discipline, fair participation and clear expectations for players and guardians.
01 Registration
Every player must complete the official registration process before participating in Academy activities.
02 Fees
Training fees must be paid before each training period. Fees are non-refundable except where The Arena cancels a programme.
03 Attendance
Players should arrive at least 15 minutes before training. Repeated lateness or absence may affect participation in matches or special events.
04 Discipline
Players must respect coaches, officials, teammates and opponents, display sportsmanship and avoid abusive language, fighting, bullying or misconduct.
05 Dress code
Players must wear suitable football attire, shin guards and football boots or appropriate footwear, and bring a personal water bottle.
06 Health declaration
Parents and guardians must disclose medical conditions, allergies or injuries that may affect participation and report changes promptly.
07 Injury and medical treatment
Football is a physical sport and injuries may occur. The Arena may provide basic first aid and seek emergency medical attention where necessary; related expenses remain the guardian’s responsibility.
08 Photography, live streaming and media
Academy activities may be photographed, recorded or live streamed only where the parent or guardian has granted the separate media permission.
09 Personal property
Players remain responsible for personal belongings brought to training and events.
10 Parent code of conduct
Parents should encourage positive behaviour, respect staff and officials, avoid disruptive conduct and support all players equally.
11 Weather policy
Training may be postponed or rescheduled because of severe weather or circumstances beyond The Arena’s control.
12 Termination of membership
The Arena may suspend or terminate membership where a player or parent repeatedly violates Academy rules or negatively affects the programme.
13 Acceptance
Submitting the registration confirms that the guardian has read, understood and agreed to the Academy Terms and Conditions.
